What to do in Seville this weekend: 6-8 November
Seville is buzzing this weekend with a mix of live music, art and things to do for the whole family. If you’re looking for a tablao, you can head to Casa Duende Tablao Flamenco in Seville, offering 7:30 PM sessions in the Santa Cruz area. You also have cultural options such as the Jondografía, Ramón San Pablo exhibition, which can be visited from 10:00 at Factoría Cultural, in Cerro-Amate.
Among the different things to do, Halloween at Isla Mágica promises a festive atmosphere and prices from €26,90, in the La Cartuja area. And if you fancy a more cosmopolitan angle, the Améfrica exhibition at CAAC (La Cartuja) or the exhibitions at CaixaForum Sevilla complete a varied weekend agenda. What do you prefer: flamenco, culture or a touch of Halloween?

Bridges
Isabel II Bridge (Triana Bridge)
Seville's oldest bridge and the first iron bridge built in Spain (1852). One of the best viewpoints over the river, with views of the Torre del Oro at sunset. Remains of the Castle of San Jorge, former seat of the Inquisition, are preserved beside its piers.
Towers and walls
Walls of La Macarena
The only preserved section of the 12th-century Almohad wall: 180 metres and 12 square towers built over a 2nd-century Roman wall. A first-rate medieval relic in the heart of Seville. Free exterior visit 24 hours a day.
Squares and parks
Parque de María Luisa
Seville's green lung: 34 hectares of historic gardens donated in 1893 by Infanta María Luisa. It has themed roundabouts, ponds with swans, the Bécquer Roundabout and a colony of free-roaming peacocks. In summer, several degrees cooler than the rest of the city.
